Anjou MacPherson is Co-founder and Chairman of Goldzone Corporation, the world leader in leadership development, services and solutions that help people and businesses realize their full potential. Goldzone currently has offices in New York, London, Singapore, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Kuala Lumpur. Anjou’s leadership, passion and commitment to extraordinary standards have become hallmarks of her tenure and defining characteristics of Goldzone.

Born in India, Anjou spent a year in Iran and two years in London before moving to Canada at the age of 7. In 1981, she graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce, and went on to train as a Certified Management Accountant in the Oil & Gas industry. With responsibility for accounting systems that processed annual revenues of over $1.2 billion, Anjou implemented an automated solution that saved the company over $120 million per year.

Recognized as an industry innovator and pioneer, Anjou lead a 200-member industry task force to manage the systems challenges brought on by industry deregulation. Personal computers where in their infancy and the company appointed Anjou to initiate and project manage the first implementation of personal computers company-wide.

Anjou became involved with training senior executives to use computers and was engaged by Lotus to train users and to collaborate with them as one of 15 prototype sites of Lotus 123 worldwide. Developing a greater interest in people and corporate training, Anjou created many in-house executive training programs, hired speakers and successfully trained thousands before leaving the Oil & Gas industry to research human potential, business development, alternative therapies, spirituality-at-work, multiculturalism and indigenous leadership.

Qualifying as a registered counselor and hypnotherapist, Anjou worked with over 300 AIDS and family abuse patients before becoming a strategic advisor and consultant to more than 300 CEO's and senior executives, assisting them to refine and articulate their vision, strategy and overcoming personal challenges.

To date Anjou has advised and coached more than 1,000 people one-on-one and has trained tens of thousands of people in programs ranging from one day to 12-month advanced leadership programs. She is widely recognized and highly acclaimed internationally as a business leader and visionary with an uncanny ability to see what most people cannot and to articulate and present complex information in a way that anyone can understand and relate to.

With the goal of finding a new solution to the most pervasive and previously unsolved problems of leadership and work/life balance, Anjou Co-founded Goldzone Corporation in 2003 and accepted the role as CEO in 2005. With a unique ability to support people, work strategically and bring out the best in people - Anjou leads the executive team in the implementation and expansion of Goldzone worldwide. Goldzone’s programs and services are delivered via dedicated, custom-built, leadership training centers that set a new standard of excellence, integrated technology, aesthetic environment and "five star service."

Together with the company’s other business and technical leaders, Anjou is focused on continuing Goldzone’s innovation and leadership across the company’s three strategic regions.
